• A Unique 2ft x 4ft Sliding Steak Grill & Hood on Nose or Rear of Trailer. Includes Deep Covered Hood, Crank up Meat Rack, Charcoal Rack, and Ash Door.…… $2445.00

• 160,000 BTU Single or Double Gas Fish Fryer Tables. Fry Fish, Turkeys, Crawfish. Includes 1/4" thick Solid Steel Table, hose, burner, regulator with control valve, &  locking bottle holder. 

• Rear Log Rack 24"Wide by Length of Main Chamber for Igloos, Tables, Chairs, Wood.

• Chrome Nugget Package. Upgrade white wagon Mags & .205 radials to 15” Chrome Mags & .235 Wide-Track Radials. The difference in ease of pulling & handling is Fantastic.

• Any pit can be Tuned where it cooks more evenly throughout. There are no hot or cold spots in Pit when tuned. It takes me 20-30 hours to tune.

• Firebox Insulated. This is done by using two 5/16" thick Steel Plates, with 3" of 1800 degree insulation between them, completely welded in. It reduces your fuel consumption 30% to 40%.

• Gas Fired Firebox- Side mounted 160,000 BTU Burner. Burn Wood 2 hours to impart the flavors, then turn on the Gas. Entire Pit will cook with just Gas in the Firebox.

 

• Stainless Steel Meat Racks in SS Angles. Option for All Grills, Smokers, & Catering Rigs.

• Removable Heat-Shield between Upright & Main Chamber, with 8 Removable Sausage Hanging Rods that go in upright. When the main chamber is at 275 degrees, the upright cooks at 175 degrees. With the Pop-Out Heat Shield out, it Reduces it to 50 degrees Difference. Call for Special Prices on Tuning the Upright Chamber to Cook Even with Main Chamber, Doubling the Output of Barbecue in the Smoker for those Big Days.

• Hydraulic Surge Brakes for Mobile BBQ Trailers. Includes Bulldog Surge Brake Unit on Nose of Trailer & Safety Chains. Useful on Larger Mobile Rigs for Safety & Handling Ability. There is an Option also Available for Tandem Brakes on Larger Mobile Trailers.

•  Recommended 2" Ball Valve Drain for Easy Draining of Main Chamber.
